How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
** Preorders usually take 1-2+ weeks to ship due to production.
What if something is wrong with my order?
In the case that you receive your order and it is in fact missing something you ordered please double check your order receipt on the date of purchase. If the item was ordered but is missing please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email please include your order number and which product was missing from your order. We will happily ensure everything gets squared away!
What is an *oopsies* pin?
A pin that is classified as *oopsies* is due to artwork → manufacturing error(s). Pin is still in excellent condition, there might be minor changes to the artwork that weren't meant to be a part of the original design. Due to the error, this pin is discounted!
